  • A company was completing a senior level search and wanted an external assessment of their final candidates to provide them with objective information that contrasted their needs and culture fit with that observed in their final candidates.
  • Provided individual executive coaching to improve happiness and performance of valued executives.

Executive Assessment

Research indicates that the most common method of candidate selection, interviewing, is actually the least meaningful way of determing the best person for a job. The DeWitt Group's executive assessments provide objective information using well-researched and standardized psychological inventories with behavioral interviewing to supplement a company's hiring process to help them think through and identify candidates' competencies. We reduce the risk of making a poor decision for the company and the executive.

Executive Coaching

Our approach to executive coaching is to understand an executive's strengths and to identify development competencies based on current job requirements and/or career aspirations. Based on these factors we construct an individualized program for the executive where progress can be measured and to help the executive improve selected competencies to achieve desired success.
